• When submitting information (for example, a report about a listing), ensure it is accurate and not misleading.

Listings and information

PawMaps provides business listings, descriptions, photos, and related information for convenience and general information purposes only. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any listing. Business details (such as opening hours, contact numbers, and services) may change without our knowledge. You should verify important information directly with the business before visiting or making arrangements.

Contacting businesses

PawMaps is a directory, not an intermediary. When you contact a business through details found on PawMaps, you are dealing directly with that business. We are not a party to any agreement, booking, or transaction between you and a business listed on PawMaps, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any services provided by listed businesses.

No warranty

PawMaps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PawMaps and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, or from any content obtained from the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the service (which, for free use, is zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Cyprus law.
